Multizone

The house has 14 windows that automatically open and close when a set temperature is reached. This means natural cross flow ventilation keeps the house cool in summer without the need for air conditioning or fans.

In winter, heat is collected at high level and circulated down to the floor level to maximise heating in the space and prevent the home from getting stuffy and losing excess heat to the roof. This creates a balanced temperature throughout and a warm, dry and healthy home as it breathes automatically.
