The newly constructed lower floor level offered the opportunity to improve the comfort levels of this poorly insulated house with stunning views to the south, overlooking Wellington harbour. The Winsum Ventpac harvests the warmth of the sun in a new north-facing lounge and glazed stairwell, and distributes it around the house.
